By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Full payment is needed upfront before starting.- I only accept money from Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, and PayPal.
I will require a 3% fee if using Cashapp and PayPal! I may ask international customers to pay a 5% fee instead to cover conversion fees as well. This is to make sure I get the full $ amount, because they charge me a seller’s fee.- I will only issue refunds if I am still in the sketch phase of your commission, or if I am physically unable to complete it. Any progress beyond the sketch phase will not get a refund.- You will be added to my commission queue as soon as I receive payment. This queue is accessible to all of my customers, as well as the public.- Please make sure that you are ACTIVE on the social media that you gave me for commission contact. If you are unresponsive, or do not check DMs regularly, I recommend not commissioning me. Once I get started on your commission piece, I want to get it done fast! I need relatively quick responses to check WIP pics. If you are unresponsive for more than 2 weeks, I will cancel and refund your commission.- If you have commissioned me and you are about to change your username on the social media we keep contact on, please let me know before you do so! I need to switch your name on my Trello queue, or else your commission can get lost.
I will not go looking for you :(- Please provide me with a CLEAR and UP TO DATE reference sheet or picture of your character! I will only work off of visual reference. I cannot work off of description only, unless you are paying for a custom. Please make me aware of any design changes to your character if it is not shown on the reference sheet BEFORE the commission is started!- I will NOT work off of any AI generated characters or images.- If you update your reference sheet before I start your commission, please let me know! I will not go back and make changes to the art if you do not notify me beforehand of the changes.- Please have your reference sheet 100% completed before you commission me! I will not work off of incomplete references. I will also not wait around for your reference sheet to be finished.- If you wish to commission me for an event or holiday, please let me know far in advance so that it can be completed by the due date. I cannot always guarantee completion by the due date, please always ask first!- I will always provide sketch and flat color WIPs to make sure everything looks right before finishing your piece.- Commissions can take anywhere from 1 day to 5 months to complete, depending on my workload!- Please make sure to thoroughly review your lineart WIP picture when I provide it to you! If you see any errors in character design, or anything you are unhappy with, please let me know during this stage! I will only allow small changes to be made to the lineart once it is colored! Further changes / big changes to lineart will be charged a $5 fee per change.- I will not make further edits to a piece once it is completed and emailed. I usually delete files shortly after completing them to save storage! Please make sure everything is right before approving the final piece.- I take on about 20 commissions every time I open. Please do not expect a speedy start to yours! If I have updates to share, they will be sent out! Please respect this. You may also check my Trello to see if there are any updates to your commission. It is always up to date! If you cannot wait, do not commission me!- If you pester me for updates, I will cancel and refund your commission. I cannot work with unpatient people.- Once I have passed the sketching phase of your commission, I will not accept character changes, regardless of what has happened to the depicted character.- During your commission, if you ask for changes to the piece more than 5 times, I will charge a fee.- If you are being strange, disrespectful, or difficult to work with, I will refund and cancel your commission. I will not work while being uncomfortable, and you will be blocked!- I reserve the right to refuse any commission!- I only work with those 15 years or older.- If commissioning a NSFW piece, you MUST be 18 or older. I will ask for ID and a quick selfie to verify your age before payment.- You may NOT use art bought from me to put on merch! I do not allow the reselling of my artwork, however personal use is absolutely okay!FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
- I cannot control delays in manufacturing or shipping! I will always keep you updated when I have updates to share.- Please understand that mistakes can happen in manufacturing. This might mean that your piece may need to be sent back in for manufacturing and redone! I cannot control this.- Once your product arrives to me, I want to get it shipped out immediately. I do not have the extra storage space to keep your product lying around until you answer. If you are unresponsive and do not provide me with a shipping address within a month of your product arriving, I will throw it away.- I also cannot control any damage done to an item in shipping. I package my items with care, it is not my fault if a shipping carrier doesn’t take care of the package.- After mailing, I will always send out a tracking number!- If an item gets lost in the mail, I will happily remake your item and send it again! All I ask is that you would pay for the shipping cost again.- After a package has been marked as “delivered,” and it ends up lost, I cannot do anything about it. My job is to ship out your items, I recommend filing a claim with the postal service.- Physical items require a FULL NAME AND ADDRESS. US shipping is $5. However, international shipping cost varies. International shipping cost could change at any time, but expect $15+

- ANY species of animal (no matter how crazy)- Anthro and Feral characters- All genders, identities, body types, styles, etc.- Simple and Complex designs- Humanoids (please ask first!)- Monsters- Candy Gore and Toony Blood- Fursuit friendly designs and references- Bones and Skulls- Non-harmful drug use (bongs lol)- Fictional or Canon characters- NSFW (18+ ONLY)
